Council resolved on 26 April 2023 to endorse the DRAFT Developer Contribution Plan (Fixed Levy Section 7.12) for public exhibition for a period of at least twenty-eight (28) days.
The DRAFT Developer Contribution Plan (Fixed Levy Section 7.12) will be available between Friday, 5 May 2023 to Thursday, 1 June 2023 at:
- Leeton Shire Council office located at 23-25 Chelmsford Place, Leeton during normal business hours 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Leeton Shire Library located at Sycamore Street, Leeton
- Council’s website www.leeton.nsw.gov.au
- Whitton Post Office
- Yanco Newsagency
- Murrami Post Office
Comments on the DRAFT Developer Contribution Plan (Fixed Levy Section 7.12) are welcome and any submissions may be made via email to council@leeton.nsw.gov.au or mail to the General Manager, Leeton Shire Council, 23-25 Chelmsford Place, Leeton 2705 by Thursday, 1 June 2023 up until 5.00pm.
