We're Updating Our Hardship Policy
As part of Council's ongoing commitment to supporting residents, our Hardship Policy is currently being reviewed and updated in response to the proposed Special Rate Variation.
During this period, online hardship applications are temporarily unavailable. We understand that financial circumstances can change unexpectedly, and residents who may be experiencing hardship are encouraged to contact Council directly. Our team is available to discuss individual situations and provide guidance on available support options.
