Key strategic documents that outline Council’s commitment to maintaining and building a strong, vibrant and sustainable future for the Leeton Shire community are now on public exhibition following endorsement by Council at its first Ordinary meeting in May.
Residents of Leeton Shire are encouraged to share their experiences of access to local health services through a health services survey conducted by Rural Doctors Network.
Council may from time to time have animals for adoption. In the majority of cases, these will be dogs.
Leeton Shire Council does not charge any fee for the purchase of an animal and before adoption, and Council also microchips the dog or cat for free. The new owner is responsible for registration of their new pet.
