With the Christmas and New Year closure fast approaching, there will be some changes to Council's facilities and operating hours. The administration building, depot and library will close 5pm on Tuesday 23 December 2025 and re-open 8.30am on Monday 5 January 2026.
On the first weekend in November, Leeton hosts concerts and performances from some of the best concert and brass bands in the country.
Organised by local town band members and their families, this event attracts musicians from all over Australia. Outback Band Spectacular provides the opportunity for small and large bands to come together, perform and showcase their talents while making new friends and enjoying the local Leeton hospitality.
