How to become a pre-qualified supplier?

Steps to becoming a pre-qualified supplier

Step 1.Register on VendorPanel

It is free to register with the VendorPanel ePortal 

Step 2.Contact Council

Once registered on VendorPanel, please advise Council on 02 6953 0911 or email procurement@leeton.nsw.gov.au 

Step 3.Criteria 

Council will evaluate suppliers based on their professional capacity, qualifications, insurances, work history/experience

Step 4.Invite via VendorPanel

Successful applicants will receive a personalised invitation to be a pre-qualified supplier for Council, via VendorPanel

Step 5.Approved Contractors and Suppliers Register

Being a pre-qualified supplier means that Council will be able to approach you directly (e.g. for emergency works) instead of going to tender.
