With the Christmas and New Year closure fast approaching, there will be some changes to Council's facilities and operating hours. The administration building, depot and library will close 5pm on Tuesday 23 December 2025 and re-open 8.30am on Monday 5 January 2026.
A Section 603 Certificate outlines any outstanding rates, charges and debts payable to Council in relation to a property.
This certificate is often needed before a property settlement.
Complete the Certificate Application Form (which includes Section 10.7 Planning Certificates and 603 Certificate), and send or deliver to Council.
