Council awarded a Youth Development Grant of $250 to Timoci Radovu to assist him with the costs of attending the Pacifica Youth Rugby Cup in Whalan, NSW, from 24 - 26 November 2023.
The Pacifica Youth Rugby Cup will consist of players, aged 13 to 18, of different Pacific Islander descent and is aimed to develop the skills and opportunities of budding Rugby Union players.
The ‘Youth Development’ Grant Category is offered at a set amount of $250 per applicant and is available to support high achievement in a cultural, academic, or sporting activity that requires attendance at a State, National or International level event.
