Residents of Leeton Shire are encouraged to share their experiences of access to local health services through a health services survey conducted by Rural Doctors Network.
Key strategic documents that outline Council’s commitment to maintaining and building a strong, vibrant and sustainable future for the Leeton Shire community are now on public exhibition following endorsement by Council at its first Ordinary meeting in May.

Council awarded a Youth Development Grant of $250 to Ibraheem Ali to assist him with the costs of attending the 2023 NSWCHS Cricket Championships in Campbelltown from 30 October – 2 November 2023.
After going through the trials, Ibraheem was selected out of 27 school cricketers to represent Leeton and the Riverina which is a huge achievement in itself.
The ‘Youth Development’ Grant Category is offered at a set amount of $250 per applicant and is available to support high achievement in a cultural, academic, or sporting activity that requires attendance at a State, National or International level event.
