Leeton Shire Council has engaged the services of Professor Joseph Drew from the University of Newcastle to conduct an independent and comprehensive review of Council’s financial position.
Residents of Leeton Shire are encouraged to share their experiences of access to local health services through a health services survey conducted by Rural Doctors Network.
Leeton Shire Council will be conducting drumMUSTERs, which are the collection of all empty, cleaned, non-returnable crop protection and animal health containers, metal or plastic over the size of one (1) litre capacity.
The drumMUSTERs will be held at the Leeton Landfill & Recycling Centre, located at 732 Corbie Hill Road, Leeton on the following dates, between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm:
Bookings must be made for the receival of all drums no later than 4.00pm on the Friday before collection day. To arrange an appointment please contact the Leeton Landfill & Recycling Centre on (02) 6955 6384.
Please ensure all delivered drums are triple rinsed and lids are removed otherwise drums will NOT be accepted!
