Join the Inaugural Leeton Recruitment Summit

Leeton Business Chamber, in collaboration with NSW GROW Riverina, Workforce Australia, and Leeton Shire Council, is pleased to announce the upcoming Leeton Recruitment Summit. The event is designed to support local businesses in their recruitment efforts and to enhance workforce development in the region. The summit will be held on Tuesday, 7 May 2024, from 9.00am to 12.00pm at the Hydro Hotel Ball Room.

The Leeton Recruitment Summit is open to businesses of all sizes—from small to large enterprises—interested in exploring regional recruitment options and engaging in meaningful discussions about the opportunities available to Leeton employers. This event is a useful platform for local businesses to connect, learn, and share insights on attracting and retaining top talent.

The summit will feature a line-up of distinguished guest speakers, including Nadine Whalan, Stakeholder Engagement and Projects Officer for Murray Riverina; Jay Ajayakumar, NSW GROW Riverina Backbone Coordinator for Skilled Migration Support; Turkan Aksoy, Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant at Welcoming Australia; and Ken Dachi, Multicultural Program Coordinator for Leeton Shire Council.

Event highlights include:
