Council resolved at the July 2026 Council Meeting to endorse for public exhibition for a period of twenty-eight (28) days the following document:
- DRAFT (New) Roxy Community Theatre Creative Programming Framework
Council encourages members of the community to provide written feedback or make submissions by no later than 11.59pm on Friday, 25 September 2026.
The documents can be downloaded from this page or viewed at the Leeton Shire Council Administration Office, Leeton Shire Library, Whitton Post Office, Murrami Post Office & Yanco Shop.
Submissions regarding the draft document may be made during the exhibition period in any of the following ways:

Council is only accepting feedback in the form of written submissions for this document on public exhibition.
