Executive Manager People & Culture

Tracy commenced at Council in July 2022 as Supervisor Library before being appointed to the role of Executive Manager People & Culture in January 2023.

Within Tracy’s portfolio at Council she oversees Human Resources, Work, Health & Safety, Library Services and Leeton Museum & Art Gallery. Before entering into local government, Tracy had over 23 years’ experience in management roles in the customer service sector.

Tracy is enjoying the change to local government and as a local, she is excited to give back to the community through her work at Council.
