Voluntary Planning Agreement – Yanco Solar Farm
Council entered into a voluntary planning agreement (VPA) under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 in connection with the development of a solar farm at Lots 145 – 152 DP 751745, Yanco.
Description of the Agreement:
The Planning Agreement applies to development for the construction of a proposed 60 MW AC photovoltaic solar farm at Yanco, NSW, pursuant to state significant development application SSD-9515.
Date the agreement was entered into:
The agreement was entered into on 23 December 2021.

Sun Spot 6 Pty Ltd
and
Raffeal Luigi Ierano
and
Frank Estates Pty Ltd
Land to which the agreement applies:
Lots 145 – 152 DP 751745, Yanco, as described in Schedule 2 of the agreement.
