Receive Your Rates Notices and Pay Them Electronically

Council is excited to announce its new platforms, “Enotices” and “BPay View”, for electronic emailing of notices and payment of your rates.

Manager Finance Jackie Hawkins said that information regarding these two new services was included in the 2019/20 Annual Rates Notices recently posted out. Further information will also be available at Council’s administration building.

“Council will offer those ratepayers that register for Enotices and BPay View the opportunity to enter a draw to win one of two new iPad’s which is an added incentive to jump onboard.”

“Enotices allows ratepayers to register to receive electronic copies of their notices directly to their email”. Information on how to register is included with ratepayers Annual Rates Notices for this year.  Once registered all future notices will be delivered electronically.

“BPay View is a method of receiving notices directly to your online banking. Once signed up with BPay View you’ll receive a convenient email or SMS notifying you that there is a bill waiting to be paid. You will then receive reminders until the bill is paid.”

“If you want to register your water bills as well, you will have to do a separate registration. Once registered all future notices will be delivered electronically.”

Registrations for Enotices and BPay will be available from now on, however the chance to be included in the draw for the iPad prizes will end Friday 20 September 2019. Council will also host open days for assistance to register, these will be held on Saturday 10 August from 11am to 3pm in Council’s Main Administration Building and on Wednesday 21 August from 10am to 2pm in the Council Administration Building.
