Public Notice- Proposed Sale of Property

In accordance with the provisions of Section 356 of the Local Government Act 1993, public notice is hereby given of a Council resolution passed at the Council meeting held on Wednesday 28 February 2018 that intends to provide financial assistance as listed hereunder:

That Council resolved to accept an offer from Mr Joe Severino to purchase Lot 2, DP 849585, 18 Ridley Avenue at a price of $115,500 including GST and that Council give public notice for 28 days of this resolution commencing 6 March 2018.

Written submissions addressed to the General Manager relating to the above proposal will be received up until 4pm on Tuesday 17 April 2018.
