PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED LEASE OF PART RESERVE 159001 – MAJOR DOOLEY LIBRARY

In accordance with Section 47 1 (a) of the Local Government Act 1993, Leeton Shire Council give notice of the proposal to grant a lease in respect of Crown Land classified as Community land as follows:

Property:                    (Part) Major Dooley Library Dooley Lane Leeton

Lease Term:               Five (5) years with an option for a further five (5) year period.

Permitted Use:           Universities Centre Space

Lessee:                       Western Riverina Country Universities Centre

Written submissions relating to this proposal may be made to Council by 5pm on 9^th April 2020.  Submissions should be addressed to The General Manager, Leeton Shire Council 23-25 Chelmsford Place Leeton.
