Land: Lot: 4 DP: 1201358 Yarmwal Road MURRAMI NSW 2705

Applicant: Linx Logistics Pty Ltd

Consent Authority: Leeton Shire Council

Proposal: Modification of development approval DA 72-2017 (Freight Transport Facility – Railway). Modifications to Stage 1 include:

•          Change to western siding main line turnout which now faces east, away from the Irrigation Way Level Crossing.

•          The addition of a dome style maintenance bay for the protected maintenance of container handling equipment.

•          Minor change to hard stand dimensions

•          Minor changes to siting and configuration of site office, carpark and unpinning areas to improve the functionality of the facility.

•          Request to extend the development timeframe to the maximum extent permissible.

The application and documentation can be inspected at Leeton Shire Council offices at 23-25 Chelmsford Place Leeton during normal business hours or on council’s website www.leeton.nsw.gov.au from 21 June 2019 until 19 July 2019.

Any person during the submission period may make a written submission to the Council concerning the development application. If the submission is an objection the grounds of the objection must be specified. Any person who makes a submission by way of objection and who is dissatisfied with the determination of the Council to grant development consent may appeal to the Land and Environment Court.

Please note that if the Planning Assessment Commission conducts a review, the minister’s determination of the application is final and is not subject to appeal.
