Late Issue of Council Water Bills – Thanks For Your Patience

With the introduction of new smart water meters, the second water billing period was extended by approximately 30 days to allow for the completion of all domestic installations.  Automated reads were taken on 22 January 2021 however the bills have not yet been issued as integration of the Taggle readings into Council’s finance and billing system is still underway.  Staff are endeavouring to have the bills issued by the end of the month.  Council apologises for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their patience.  We will keep you posted.
