On Sunday 23 September Totem Skateboarding and the Leeton Youth Committee invite everyone to come along and have a say on the proposed Leeton Skatepark extension design from 1pm until 3:00 pm at Leeton Skatepark.
The guys from Totem Skateboarding are ex members of the Leeton Youth Committee and have been instrumental in seeing the proposed extension happen!
Councillor Sandra Nardi said that the Leeton Youth Committee are really excited to be partnering with Totem Skateboarding to drive the project to success. “We are really encouraging the community to contribute by providing their thoughts and ideas on how the skatepark extension should look’ said Councillor Nardi.
The FREE skateboarding coaching session will run from 1pm to 1.30pm with spots being limited and registrations required *Skateboards and helmets are supplied. The real work will begin with community consultation from 1:30 pm until 3pm.
