DISRUPTIONS TO TRAFFIC MYALL STREET

Notice is hereby given under Roads Act 1993 for disruptions to traffic on the following road:

Road: PALM AVENUE/MYALL STREET INTERSECTION AND MYALL STREET

Duration: Temporary road closures will be in place for the stormwater drainage works from 23 February 2021 to 26 February 2021 at the intersection of Myall Street and Palm Avenue from 7 am to  4pm.

Construction work in Myall street is expected to commence the last week of February 2021 to the end of March 2021.

Reason: Council will be constructing kerb and gutter as well as associated stormwater drainage works in Myall Street between Wade Avenue and Palm Avenue. The residents and the road users are likely to experience some traffic delays. All road users are advised to follow all traffic rules as per signages or other traffic management measures in order to allow Council to safely manage traffic flows.

Detour:Access via Waratah Street and Grevillia Street.

Temporary road closures and detours will be in place from 23 February 2021 to 26 February 2021 in Myall Street between Waratah Street and Palm Avenue from 7 am to 4 pm. Road closure signs and detour signs will be in place. Also parking space is limited during the construction period.

Please follow all traffic control signage and speed reductions put in place for everyone’s safety.
