DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

Land: Lot 91 DP 751742 & Lot 1 DP 1056420, Fivebough Road, Leeton

Applicant: Photon Energy Australia Pty Ltd

Consent Authority: Leeton Shire Council

Proposal: Modification of development approval DA20-2017 (installation of a solar farm), to change the direction of the solar arrays from north-south facing to east-west facing. No building structures have been proposed as part of the modified development application.

Any person during the submission period may make a written submission to the Council concerning the development application. If the submission is an objection the grounds of objection must be specified. Any person who makes a submission by way of objection and who is dissatisfied with the determination of the Council to grant development consent, may appeal to the Land and Environment Court.

Please note that if the Planning Assessment Commission conducts a review, the Minister’s determination of the application is final and not subject to appeal.
