Councillors’ hearing of public submissions to draft 2018/19 Operations Plan and Budget

HEARING OF PUBLIC SUBMISSIONS SESSION

DRAFT 2018/19 BUDGET, FEES AND CHARGES

Thursday 14^th June

5pm until 7:30pm
in the Leeton Shire Council Chambers

 One of the most important elements to determining Council’s operations for the upcoming year is engaging with members of the community, such as yourself, to ensure projects are appropriately prioritised and the impacts of any decisions are fully considered in advance of being adopted.

Council has received formal submissions on a range of matters and, in an effort to assist in the decision making process, has prepared a summary of those observations that has been sent to councillors and submitters via email along with explanatory information.

Council will be holding a Hearing of Public Submissions Session to review the information received and extends an invitation to members of the community who have made submissions and wish to speak directly to the Councillors to attend.

The session will be held on Thursday 14^th June from 5pm to 7.30pm at the Leeton Shire Council Chambers. Each speaker will have three minutes to present their views on their submission to the Councillors.
