Council is open for business but, in the interest of your safety and that of our staff, we ask our valuable customers to consider alternative ways to do business with us.
In the first instance, please phone or email Council with your enquiries, or use on-line methods to pay your bills.
If you need to discuss matters with a staff member, please ring to set up an appointment in advance.

If you absolutely have to come in, we can serve you face to face but ask that this is reserved for the elderly or for really urgent matters. You will find our front doors closed so please ring the bell.
RATES and WATER account payments can be made by a variety of methods including:
· BPay/Point
· Credit Card over the phone,
· at any Australia Post outlet,
· or by mail (if you still run a cheque book).
The details of how are on the back of the rates notices or the water bills you receive.
If you are in receipt of a Centrelink payment, Council staff can set up a fortnightly Centrepay deduction of an amount nominated by you. Debtors accounts can be paid by direct credit (bank details are on the invoices) or by phoning 6953 0909.
Council knows some ratepayers will be finding it tough as a result of COVID-19. Please call Council if you have fallen on hard times and we will review your situation and discuss options.
