Hi-Marq Engineering Pty Ltd

Hi-Marq Engineering Pty Ltd, in conjunction with Hi Marq-Ag, is an innovative and developing business that has been operating in its current form since 1998.  With a staff of over 20, the business has international links providing a range of structural and machinery services and products to local and national markets. They specialise in steel fabrication, shed construction and repairs, Belmac machinery manufacture, feedlot bunker construction with a custom-designed slip form concrete method of construction developed in-house, and are the key Australian distributor of the US-Canadian conglomerate, Morris and Howard machinery.

Hi Marq-Ag is a subsidiary of Hi Marq Ag and is a farm machinery dealership, supplying Versatile, Daedong and McCormack tractors, as well as hay baling equipment.

Rockdale Beef Pty Ltd

Rockdale Beef is a 53,000 head beef feedlot and 600 head per day export accredited abattoir, with market reach with other businesses, locally, regionally and internationally. All raw materials are sourced locally, including livestock, grain, labour and a multitude of services, and the company manages many outsource contracts to address different parts of the business and essential services, including security, trades, site maintenance. Rockdale is an active participant in the bio-fuels sector, being a large potential generator of alternate fuels sources.

SunRice

Leeton is known as the headquarters for the Australian rice industry, and is the location of one of Australia's most successful, vertically integrated agribusinesses - SunRice. SunRice is the trading name of the farmer-owned Ricegrowers Cooperative Ltd., and is a leading international rice food company that mills, processes and markets high quality rice food products. The main administrative offices of SunRice are located in the town, as well as a state of the art rice mill and packaging complex, the SunRice Specialty Rice Foods manufacturing facility, and the SunRice flour mill.

SunRice is the fifth largest rice food company in the world and supplies around 20% of total global rice trade. The company operates rice food manufacturing plants in Leeton, Coleambally and Deniliquin to transform paddy rice into a large range of branded rice food products.

CopRice

CopRice manufactures and distributes high quality rice based feed for stock animals from its three feed mills in NSW and Victoria. Coprice has an annual turnover of over $75 million, and a market reach expanding throughout Australia and into New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, the South Pacific and Indonesia.

CopRice is a division of the farmer owned company Ricegrowers Limited and is a major supplier of stockfeed ingredients, manufactured livestock and companion animal feeds and animal bedding and litter. CopRice utilizes rice milling by-products from rice mills located in the Murray and Murrumbidgee Valleys.

Climate Technologies

Climate Technologies manufactures ducted & portable evaporative air conditioners, reverse and dual cycle air conditioners, and ducted central heaters and gas space heaters which meet a national market as well as servicing international clients across Asia, the United States and Egypt, to name a few.

Climate Technologies employs approx 260 permanent employees, with an increase of about 100 employees from labour hire in peak seasons. Skill sets include fabricators/ welders, labourers, logistics, customer service and office administration.

Murrumbidgee Irrigation Ltd

Murrumbidgee Irrigation Ltd provides water effectively and efficiently to irrigation customers in the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area (MIA). The role includes water management and pricing, infrastructure maintenance and development as well as environmental stewardship. Murrumbidgee Irrigation operates under licences issued by the Department of Natural Resources, Department of Environment & Conservation and the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) in NSW.

It is an unlisted public company limited by shares held by customers based on their water entitlements/licences. With 185 employees, Murrumbidgee Irrigation, services 660,000 hectares of which approx 140,000 hectares is irrigated annually) encompassing the towns of Griffith, Leeton, Yanco, Narrandera and Goolgowi.
